The Prospect As Assistant Store Manager, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to drive sales, inspire the team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You'll step up to lead the store in the Store Leader's absence, making this the perfect role for someone ready to grow into store leadership.

What You'll Be Doing
Supporting the Store Manager to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Leading the store with confidence when the Store Leader is away
Coaching and motivating team members on the floor to deliver outstanding customer service
Helping train recent team members and contributing to team development




Maintaining brand standards through visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation
Assisting with day-to-day operations, including rosters, stock processes, and opening and closing

What you'll bring
Experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor, or Senior Team Member in fashion or premium retail
A passion for selling and a proven ability to drive results
Natural leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support a team
A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills
A genuine love of fashion, wellness, and an active lifestyle
Flexibility to work a retail roster, including weekends
