The role leads a small team, reporting to the Regional Manager, and involves travel between Campbelltown, Penrith and Hornsby to deliver high-quality support.
You will mentor staff, manage rostering and performance, and contribute to service development while maintaining solid stakeholder relationships and client-focused outcomes.
