AI Agent Developer – Python & AWS

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Agent Developer with robust Python and AWS expertise to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade AI agent solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building production AI agents, leveraging modern AWS services and AI development tools, with a solid focus on quality, innovation, and end-to-end feature ownership.

Key Skills & Experience
Strong Python development experience across multiple enterprise projects.
Hands-on experience with AWS AgentCore, Bedrock, and Fargate.
Experience with AWS Strands Agents or similar frameworks, such as LangChain.
Practical prompt engineering experience,



including tuning prompts for production AI agents.
Experience developing AI agents, including tools, skills, and evaluation mechanisms.
Experience using AI coding tools such as Kiro, with the ability to critically assess and validate generated code.
Proven ability to own features end to end, from design through to delivery.
Robust analytical and continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify quality issues and implement effective solutions.

Desirable Skills
Experience with AG-UI and A2A protocols.
Exposure to multi-agent systems and Agentic RAG.
