What You’ll Be Doing
Review and process supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness
Ensure timely payments to vendors
Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records
Assist with other accounting tasks as required, such as bank reconciliations and data entry
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies
Set up new clients in MYOB and invoicing
Resolve existing client queries
Process contract variations for clients
Support the team with a variety of administrative tasks.

What You'll Bring We’re looking for someone who has:
Proven experience in a similar role
Qualification in finance, accounting or commerce
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong working knowledge of Excel
MYOB essential - hands on experience required




Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build valuable relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to follow company processes and procedures, work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and develop.
