Woolworths Group is seeking a hands-on Team Leader for Proactive Services across stores in Sydney. You will lead a team responsible for cleaning, trolley collection and waste management, while ensuring daily operations run smoothly and safely.

You will roster staff, monitor attendance, manage consumables, and work with Store Leadership to tackle challenges and priorities. A versatile schedule across mornings, days, evenings and weekends is required.
