Care Connector (Holistic Nursing Solutions) is seeking Enrolled Nurses and experienced Disability Support Workers for community-based prospects across Brisbane. This role focuses on delivering holistic, person-centred care to participants with complex needs in home and community settings.

You will work with a supportive clinical team, receive ongoing training and mentoring, and have exposure to advanced clinical cases beyond basic care.
