Verra Mobility Corporation is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to own the contract lifecycle across APAC and EMEA from proposal through to renewal. Based in Melbourne with a hybrid mode from home and our South Melbourne office, you will draft, review and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, subcontracts and NDAs.
You will lead cross-functional teams, identify and mitigate risk across liability, IP and data privacy, and manage CLM tooling and renewals. Travel up to 20% may be required.
