Set and execute the strategic direction for Corporate Banking across Queensland
Drive financial performance, sustainable growth, pipeline development, asset quality and client returns
Build strong, senior-level relationships with existing and prospective corporate customers
Lead, coach and mentor the team to create a high-performance and sales excellence culture
Partner across C&IB;,



Business & Private Bank, Credit, Risk, Operations and Finance to deliver outstanding client outcomes

You’ll bring to this role:
Demonstrated senior client engagement and business development experience, with the ability to develop and execute financial strategies
Proven sales leadership experience, including building and leading high-performing teams
Broad C&IB; product knowledge and robust commercial and industry insight
Robust credit risk experience across multiple sectors, with the judgement required to exercise delegated credit authority
Significant senior-level experience within the investment or financial services industry, supported by relevant tertiary qualifications
