Jones Radiology in Eastwood is seeking a patient bookings consultant to join our Central Bookings Contact Centre. You will be the first point of contact for patients, clinics and hospitals, providing clear, qualified support over the phone and helping patients access imaging services.

You will book appointments, answer enquiries, update records across multiple systems and guide callers through the next steps in their healthcare journey in a rapid-paced, supportive workplace.
