Monash Health in Clayton, VIC is seeking an experienced Grade 2 Occupational Therapist for casual weekend and weekday cover across bed‑based services. The role supports weekend, public holiday and weekday shifts with autonomous practice and robust team-oriented care.

You will deliver timely assessments, prioritize referrals, assist with discharge planning, and communicate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure secure patient outcomes across acute and subacute settings.
