Ipswich City Council is seeking a Leading Hand to join Roads and Drainage Maintenance, leading in office crews to deliver essential maintenance across roads, drainage, footpaths, kerb and channel.

You will coordinate resources, monitor progress, foster a safety-first culture, and respond to operational issues to ensure programs and projects are completed on time and to required standards. This permanent role offers stability, a 9-day fortnight, and a supportive team workplace.
