Penske Australia & Recent Zealand is seeking a Leading Hand for the On Highway team in Mackay. You will lead the workshop, coordinate daily activities and provide hands-on technical guidance while staying hands-on with servicing, repairs and overhaul work.

You’ll have an appropriate trade qualification, 5+ years in heavy vehicle work, and leadership experience to guide technicians and ensure safety, quality and timely customer outcomes.
