This is a wide-ranging front-counter and customer service role where you’ll support the Service Centre, showroom and wider branch team.

You’ll help customers with service bookings, showroom sales, quotations, repair collections and general enquiries, while keeping everyone informed and making sure things run smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:
Welcome customers and provide a high level of service at the front counter
Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries to the right team
Process service bookings and showroom sales
Prepare service and sales quotations
Keep customers updated on service status and repair progress
Assist with repair collections, service invoicing and stock requests
Support rental and technical support enquiries
Maintain accurate customer and job information
Work closely with Service, Sales, Finance, Rental and Field Service teams

About You

You’re approachable, organised and enjoy helping people.

You bring:
Experience in customer service, administration, service coordination or a similar role
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Confidence handling customer enquiries both in person and over the phone
Good computer skills and confidence learning business systems




A proactive, problem-solving approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A professional and positive attitude

Experience in a service, technical, automotive, equipment or trade-related environment will be highly regarded.
