Bloomreach is expanding its APAC Customer Success team and seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager with hands-on ecommerce Search & Merchandising expertise. You will manage enterprise and mid-market accounts, drive value, ROI and adoption of Bloomreach Search & Merchandising.

You will work hands-on in the platform, guide success plans, conduct QBRs, and collaborate with sales and technical teams to maximize retention and expansion across APAC.
