Aphex is seeking a Customer Experience skilled to join our CX team. You’ll own product knowledge, user-facing communications, and day-to-day support, partnering with Product and Marketing to translate changes into explicit guidance and to build customer champions across projects.
You will manage live chats, incident communications, and the Intercom platform while keeping the knowledge base current and helping teams understand the product end-to-end.
