You will oversee workshop operations and ensure the reliability of the Council’s fleet, plant and equipment across remote Queensland settings, balancing on‑site repairs with leadership duties. Reporting to leadership, you will supervise mechanics, manage safety and compliance, mentor staff and participate in field service as required.
