WSA is seeking a CRM & Customer Activation Specialist to join our Marketing team in ANZ. You will own operational CRM campaigns, activation programs, audience segmentation, and performance reporting to drive engagement and bookings across Australia and Current Zealand.

The role collaborates with Marketing, BI, Contact Centre, and global CRM teams to ensure messages reach the right customers at the right time. This permanent full time, hybrid role offers local and global impact.
