TeamKids is seeking a Director of Service (Coordinator) for our OSHC program at Aintree. This permanent, full time role blends on-site leadership with admin hours that can be done from home, supported by a mentor and regional manager.

You will lead a team to deliver a secure, engaging, compliant program, build solid school and community relationships, and manage service operations while ensuring high-quality child outcomes and safety across every shift.
