NSW Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Residential Aged Care In-Reach team in Hunter Recent England. The role is a temporary part time position, 24 hours per week, with remuneration of $41.22–$57.88 per hour plus 12% superannuation and salary packaging.

You will provide clinical support and evidence-based care to aged care residents, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, assess changes in health, respond to emergencies, and advocate for culturally secure care aligned with NSW Health
