Reporting to the aftersales manager, the successful candidate is expected to uphold high ethical standards as well as solid customer service skill. This is a perfect chance for an experienced Service Advisor who is looking for recent challenges or a position where you can grow.

A current NSW drivers license is a must

Administrative and computer skills

Have the right to work in Australia with residency entitlement

As your training progresses your day will consist of:

Taking customer enquiries and service bookings

Greeting customers as part of our driveway check-in service

Determining the customers needs and communicating these to the workshop, to fix it right the first time and deliver the vehicle on time

Advising customers on the progress of their vehicle during the day

Selling any additional work identified by the workshop

Prepare and cost invoices along with processing payments

Following up lost opportunities

Our Service Department is open from 7.30am - 5.00pm, Monday - Friday.
