Platinum Blinds And Awnings' is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our newly expanded team in Moruya, NSW as a Permanent Part Time Customer Service Admin. As part of our energetic and growing organisation, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our valued clients. The Role will initially be 2 days per week, with the possibility of more hours in the near future. The days will be Thursday and Friday.

What you'll be doing
Handling incoming customer enquiries and orders via phone, email and in-person interactions
Processing sales orders, maintaining client records, and providing order status updates
Assisting with scheduling and coordinating client appointments and installations
Providing administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and general office tasks
Collaborating with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes

What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a sales or retail setting




Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
Proficiency in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
A positive, proactive, and adaptable work ethic
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
