Disability Support Worker | Marshall | Weekdays | Evenings 5pm-11pm

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Disability Support Worker (DSW) to support clients in:
Location: Marshall
Shifts: Evenings 5pm - 11pm Weekdays
Start: Christmas Period
Experience: Minimum 3 years as a DSW
Training: Must have Manual Handling training and experience
Specialist Skills: Experience with behaviours of concern

Responsibilities:
Personal care (toileting & showering assistance)
Cooking and cleaning
Community access and engagement
Manual handling
Medication assistance

Ideal Candidate:
Enthusiastic, reliable, and compassionate
Solid understanding of person-centred care
Confident working independently and managing complex support needs
