We’re on the lookout for an experienced, reliable and passionate Cook / Chef to join our kitchen team at St James Souvlaki in Patterson Lakes!
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their cooking, works well in a rapid-paced kitchen and can consistently deliver quality food.
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience working as a cook or chef
Experience with grill cooking and Mediterranean cuisine is highly regarded
Ability to work efficiently during busy services
Robust food preparation and presentation skills
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
Reliable, hardworking and a outstanding team player
Must be available to work evenings and weekends
We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, work well under pressure and bring a positive attitude to our kitchen.
