Join our kitchen team in a hands-on role supporting our chefs through prep and service. This is a great opportunity for a kitchen hand looking to step up, or a junior chef wanting experience in contemporary Japanese cuisine.
Key responsibilities
Dishwashing and keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and food-safe
Food preparation and basic knife work
Portioning and preparing ingredients for service
Assisting during service with basic cooking and plating tasks
Monitoring stock levels and rotating stock (FIFO)
