Palm Lake Care Beachmere seeks a Full Time Clinical Manager to oversee high-quality clinical care and provide expert staff guidance. This role partners with an operational leadership team to ensure secure medication management, documentation, and resident-focused care.

The position requires a current AHPRA RN registration, a Bachelor of Nursing, and at least 5 years in senior nursing or clinical management within Residential Aged Care, with robust knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards.
