Join the team at BATHURST MOTOR GROUP as a Service Advisor. This full time role is based in Bathurst NSW 2795 and is an integral part of our Automotive Trades team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing the service delivery process for our valued clients.

Experience is preferred but not essential.

Key responsibilities
Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle service requirements
Providing accurate estimates and timelines for service work
Effectively communicating with customers throughout the service process
Liaising with the workshop team to ensure efficient service delivery
Handling customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
Maintaining detailed records of all service jobs
Promoting additional services and products to customers

About you
Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers




Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities
A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively
A valid driver's licence and the ability to operate a range of vehicles
A passion for providing exceptional customer service
