The Role

The firm is seeking an experienced Property Lawyer to join its busy property practice, managing a broad range of property transactions and leasing matters.

Key responsibilities include:
Managing conveyancing transactions
Advising on retail and commercial leasing matters
Drafting and reviewing loan agreements and mortgages
Managing property matters independently from start to finish

About You




Ideally 10+ years’ post-admission experience, although candidates with 5+ years will be considered
Strong experience in conveyancing and property law
Sound knowledge of retail and commercial leasing
Confident managing matters autonomously
Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills
