Belgravia Group is seeking a part time Contact Centre Consultant to support bookings and guest inquiries across Victoria from a work-from-home setup. You will handle multi-channel communications, deliver excellent customer service, and upsell services for caravan parks, holiday parks and wellness centres.

Flexible schedule, weekend shifts, and a supportive team culture are offered. Ideal candidates have solid communication, attention to detail, and comfort with IT systems.
