The Job:

We are actively seeking a Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join our friendly team.

Duties May Include:
Meeting & greeting clients
Email and Mail correspondence
Maintaining client database and updating information where required
Preparing Letters & other documentation
Appointment booking
Lodgement of compliance obligations for clients
Scanning and electronic filing of documents
Social Media Management
Any other ad-hoc administration tasks required by the management team.





About You

You can work in a quick-paced environment, are organised and thorough, have fantastic customer service skills and can work efficiently both on your own or as part of a team.

Ideally you will have/be:
Robust communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience using Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Word
Experience in customer service roles/administration
High attention to detail
Be punctual, reliable and presentable
