Warehouse Admin (On-site) — Erskine Park NSW | Immediate Start

We’re seeking a Warehouse Administrator to support a busy, rapid-moving warehouse operation in Erskine Park. This is an ongoing casual opportunity with an immediate start, offering full-time hours. You’ll handle customer and internal enquiries, track shipments, update systems, and support day-to-day administration—while also pitching in with hands-on warehouse tasks when required.

Required Skills
Experience in warehouse administration, logistics administration, transport administration, dispatch/inventory administration, or a combination of warehouse + admin duties
Solid customer service skills (confident on phone and email)
Clear communication and ability to liaise with warehouse staff, drivers, and customers
Accurate data entryand attention to detail
Able to multitask, prioritise, and work efficiently in a high-volume setting
Reliable, organised, and safety-focused
Full Australian working rights(citizens,



permanent residents, or unrestricted work rights)

Nice to Have Skills
Background in freight, transport, supply chain, distribution, or 3PL environments
Experience resolving delivery/shipment issues and following up PODs
Strong MS Office skills (Outlook/Excel) and ability to learn new systems quickly

Preferred Education and Experience
Prior experience in a warehouse/logistics office environment is preferred
Certificate-level qualifications in Business/Administration are beneficial but not essential

Other Requirements
Able to work on-site in Erskine Park, NSW
Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm(full-time hours on a casual contract)
Willing and able to complete hands-on warehouse duties, including manual handling and lifting boxes up to 35kgas required
