Pegasus Leisure Group in Victoria is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead teams across our South East Melbourne venues. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, drive performance, coach staff and ensure outstanding customer experiences in rapid-paced settings.

Reporting to the Venue Manager, you’ll manage stock, rosters, recruitment, onboarding and training, while maintaining compliance with gaming, liquor, TAB and venue policies.
