Hamilton Island Enterprises is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily dining operations across its island venues. You’ll drive service standards, manage rosters, and deliver guest experiences while controlling costs.

You’ll train and guide Front of House teams and collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to create a seamless guest journey. You’ll uphold health and safety, food hygiene compliance and licensing, with a focus on developing a high-performing team in a resort setting
