Alo is seeking an experienced Senior Retail Operations Manager to lead and optimize store operations across Australia and Current Zealand. This in office role in Sydney focuses on translating global retail models to local markets, driving efficiency, and scaling recent formats with cross-functional teams.

You will partner with Logistics, Merchandising, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution, KPIs, and effective rollout of initiatives across ANZ while upholding Alo brand standards.
