Bond University on the Gold Coast is seeking an Executive Officer, Complaints & Inquiries to join the Office of the Registrar. This full time role (0.8 FTE for part time) combines case management, investigations, stakeholder engagement and executive administration to support fair, responsive student outcomes.

You will gather information, prepare skilled correspondence, maintain records and liaise with students and staff, contributing to best-practice complaint and student conduct processes.
