Project Partners on the Gold Coast seeks a Development Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of site development in SE Queensland. You will work with the MD and coordinate with investors, funders, consultants, councils, and authorities to drive projects from site acquisition through handover.

You’ll need proven experience across multi-residential, mixed-use, or commercial developments, with solid skills in financial modelling, feasibility, and risk analysis.
