The Plaza Hotel is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our busy kitchen team. If you know your way around the grill, pizza oven and fryer, and you thrive in a fast-paced service, we’d love to hear from you.

The venue is located on George Street in the CBD with excellent access to public transport!

About you
At least 1–2 years’ experience working the line across all sections (grill, pizza and fryer)
Reliable, and stays calm and focused under pressure
A robust understanding of cleanliness, food hygiene and FIFO
Happy to jump into prep and cleaning when it’s quiet
Able to work independently and as part of a team
A positive attitude and a willingness to help with other kitchen duties when needed

Shifts
Thursday: 12pm – 10pm
Friday: 12pm – 10pm
