You will own end-to-end credit challenges, from diagnosis to delivery, collaborating with Product, Pricing, Technology, Operations, and Risk teams.

The role focuses on designing strategies, monitoring performance, and delivering practical improvements with robust testing and validation. Hybrid work with office presence supported.
