About the role
Work closely with a highly regarded partner and advise on some of Australia’s largest Commonwealth agencies on major projects and complex commercial matters
Your work will span Commonwealth procurement and contracting, technology and intellectual property arrangements, major commercial projects and broader corporate advisory matters
Advise on corporate governance, structuring, transactions and regulatory compliance,



providing exposure to a sophisticated mix of public and private sector commercial work

The ideal candidate
Senior Associate with 4+ years PQE with strong Corporate & Commercial experience
Experience gained within a reputable commercial law firm, government practice or comparable workplace
A genuine interest in Commonwealth Government projects and commercial transactions
Solid commercial contracting, drafting and advisory skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confidence dealing directly with sophisticated government and corporate stakeholders
