Minor Hotels’ Oaks Melbourne on Market Hotel is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team on a full time basis. You will support the Head Chef, mentor the kitchen staff, and help deliver consistently high-quality dishes and guest experiences in a fast-paced workplace.
Immediate start available. This role requires leadership, a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, and flexibility to work across shifts. Applicants must have working rights in Australia or Recent Zealand.
