UNICEF Australia seeks an experienced marketing skilled to drive retention strategies for regular and single giving. You will lead and coach a small team, blending hands-on delivery with leadership across web, email, SMS, telemarketing and direct mail.
Reporting to the Senior Loyalty Manager, you’ll use data, supporter insights and AI-enabled approaches to improve campaigns, journeys and long-term supporter value, while collaborating with Brand, Partnerships and Technology teams.
