Infinite Aged Care's Ashmore home seeks a Duty Supervisor (Care and Services Manager) to lead day-to-day operations across Monday, Saturday and Sunday PM shifts. You will work with Heads of Department to ensure operational excellence and exceptional resident service.

With an operations or hospitality leadership background, you will mentor staff, coordinate shifts, oversee dining, admissions and feedback, and drive a warm, compliant setting that supports residents and families.
