TeamKids in Maroubra Bay is seeking a Director of Service (Coordinator) to lead an OSHC program, ensuring it is protected, engaging, and compliant. You will supervise staff, plan activities, and build solid relationships with schools and the local community.

This permanent, full-time role offers adaptable admin hours from home and back-to-back service times. You’ll be supported by a Mentor and Regional Manager, with salary aligned to TeamKids’ salary bands and opportunities for development.
