Australian Venue Co. is seeking a hands-on Duty Manager to lead operations at The Metropolitan Hotel in Mackay. You’ll manage floor activity, coach the team and ensure guests receive outstanding service in a rapid-paced workplace.
Ideal candidates have prior Duty Manager or supervisory hospitality experience, current RSA, and a calm, solutions-focused approach. You will work a rotating roster including weekends and nights as part of our leadership team.
