MediRecruit seeks an experienced Facility Manager / Registered Nurse for a permanent senior role in an aged care facility in Orange, NSW. You will own operational, clinical and financial performance and lead a dedicated team to deliver resident-centred care.

Responsibilities include compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, governance, AN-ACC funding, budgeting and workforce planning, plus stakeholder engagement. This is a high-autonomy leadership position.
