Based at our Beenleigh office, we are currently looking for an On-boarding/ Mobilisation Administrator to join our rapidly growing business. This is an office-based permanent position with an immediate start. Grow and learn in this newly created position within a high performing construction business.

In this role you will:
Complete all administration duties associated with onboarding of casual employees
Managing the induction process for recent employees for different sites
Ensuring documentation received is compliant and completed in a timely manner and saved accordingly
Process and manage mobilisations of employees including requesting flights, accommodation,



and medicals
Manage and maintain employee personal data
Update and maintain skills training matrix
General administrative duties, data entry and general correspondence

To be successful you will have
Preferably a Cert III in Administration or similar
Proficient with Microsoft
Thrive in a fast-paced workplace
Friendly and positive attitude
Willingness to learn
Previous administrative experience in the construction or mining industry will be highly regarded
Adaptable and willing to perform various tasks
Team player: ability to prioritise and contribute as necessary
Must have the right to work in Australia and agencies need not apply
