Brightwater Care Group in Western Australia is seeking a proactive Rostering Officer to coordinate staff rosters for Residential Aged Care services, ensuring protected, consistent and person-centred care for clients with complex needs. You will operate within a central rostering team to balance client requirements, staff availability and compliance.

This 12-month, 67.5 hours per fortnight, fixed-term part time role offers adaptable work arrangements and opportunities to grow within a leading WA care
