ATSICHS Brisbane is seeking a Family Support Specialist for the Birthing in Our Community (BiOC) program. This role focuses on culturally protected, wrap-around support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families from pregnancy through infancy.
You will deliver targeted interventions, build solid relationships and coordinate with midwives and service providers to support maternal and infant health outcomes in a community-driven setting.
