Coastal Lakes College seeks an Education Support Teacher to join the Inclusive Education Department in a 12-month fixed-term, full time role commencing Term 1, 2027. You will design differentiated learning programs and IEPs for students across Year 7–12, focusing on inclusive practices and trauma-informed approaches.

The successful applicant will work with a multidisciplinary team, collaborate with families and external agencies, and contribute to whole-school improvement.
