About the Role

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading national financial services organisation seeking an Enterprise Change Risk Specialist to support the delivery of strategic risk transformation initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity to combine risk management, transformation, stakeholder engagement and change management in a highly visible role. You will partner across the business to improve risk maturity, provide strategic oversight of change initiatives, and help embed best-practice risk management across the organisation.

This role will suit someone who enjoys influencing stakeholders, challenging thinking, and helping organisations navigate large-scale transformation.

Key Responsibilities
Provide Line 2 risk oversight across projects, programs and strategic change initiatives
Support enterprise-wide risk transformation and continuous improvement programs
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement activities and risk discussions
Review and challenge risk assessments, frameworks and governance processes
Contribute to the design and rollout of improved risk management practices

About You




Demonstrated experience within risk management and transformation environments
Strong understanding of risk frameworks and regulatory obligations
Experience supporting complex projects, change programs or business transformation
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
Strategic thinker with strong judgement and a practical approach to problem solving
