Kritin Global is seeking an experienced Migration Agent or Migration Assistant to join our growing practice. The position will suit someone who is organised, reliable and confident managing client matters in a skilled setting.

Key responsibilities
Assist with preparing and lodging visa applications
Review client documents and identify missing information
Prepare forms, supporting documents and submission drafts
Maintain accurate client files, notes and task deadlines
Communicate with clients regarding documents and application progress
Conduct visa research using current legislation and Department of Home Affairs information
Assist with partner, skilled, employer-sponsored, student and other visa matters
Work closely with the Registered Migration Agent on active cases

About you
Previous Australian migration industry experience is preferred
Strong written and spoken English
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Able to handle confidential information professionally
Comfortable using email, online systems and document-management software




Able to work independently while following established procedures
Knowledge of Australian visa processes and ImmiAccount will be highly regarded

Applicants seeking the Migration Agent position must hold current OMARA registration and provide their MARN.

Applicants seeking the Migration Assistant position will work under the supervision of a Registered Migration Agent.
